On Saturday, August 1^st, 2015, Midwest National Air Center will be hosting the Jesse James Fly-In & Airshow.   This letter is to notify you of the schedule of events, and of the corresponding airport closure. The fly-in will take place from 7:00 AM until 11:00 AM, with the airshow immediately following from 11:00 AM until approximately 12:30 PM.  The air show will necessitate closing of the airport from 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM.  If you have a need to use your aircraft around these times, please make all necessary arrangements prior to the start of the airshow.

The fly-in will include biplane rides, helicopter rides by KC Copters, and breakfast by Chris Cakes.  The airshow will include performances by Acemaker, a Korean War-era T-33 jet trainer, a P-40 Warhawk piloted by Congressman Sam Graves, Team Vortex, and KC Flight, a local formation flight demo team.
